Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Loyalty Geek Inc. (“Loyalty Geek,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and our digital loyalty card service for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
Information we collect
From businesses (our customers). When a shop owner signs up, we collect contact and account details such as name, email address, phone number, business name and address, and the configuration of their loyalty program. Payments are handled by our processor, Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
From a business’s end customers. When a shop enrolls its customers in a loyalty card, we process information such as first name, phone number, optional email, and loyalty activity (stamps, visits, rewards earned and redeemed). To deliver and update Wallet passes we also store pass and device registration identifiers provided by Apple and Google. We process this information on behalf of, and under the instructions of, the business that operates the loyalty program.
Automatically. We collect limited technical data (such as basic log and device information) needed to operate and secure the Service.
How we use information
We use information to provide and operate the Service, including to issue and update Wallet passes; to send loyalty notifications such as reward-ready alerts, promotional messages a business chooses to send, and win-back reminders; to process billing and provide customer support; and to maintain the security and integrity of the Service.
How we share information
We share information with service providers who help us run the Service, including Apple and Google (to deliver Wallet passes and notifications), Stripe (to process payments), and our hosting and database providers. We share a business’s customer data back with that business. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.
Responsibilities of businesses
Businesses that use Loyalty Geek are responsible for obtaining any consent required from their own customers before enrolling them and for handling that data in accordance with applicable law. Customers of a participating business should direct privacy requests to that business.
Data retention & security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
Customers can remove a loyalty card from their Wallet at any time. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold, contact us at the address below; where the data belongs to a business’s loyalty program, we will work with that business to honor your request.
Children
The Service is intended for businesses and their adult customers and is not directed to children under 13.
